Ezeract is a startup project based in Athens, Greece. A registered business has not yet been confirmed. Full operator identity and a public business/contact postal address remain to be supplied before this notice is finalized. We do not claim a company registration or VAT number.

Public contact: mail@ezeract.com. This email is available without an Ezeract account. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full card details or identity documents by email.

Privacy requests

Use Settings for profile visibility, corrections, export and a request for account deletion. You can also email the public contact for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objections or withdrawal of optional consent. Describe the request and the account it concerns. We may request proportionate information to verify identity; we will not ask for your password.

A deletion request is submitted for review; it does not instantly delete your account or cancel a subscription. Billing status does not prevent you from submitting a request. Legal retention and other people’s rights may affect what can be erased. Requests are handled without undue delay, generally within one month under applicable GDPR rules; any permitted extension and its reasons must be communicated within that month.

You may raise a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority. See the Privacy Policy.

Content, intellectual property and account complaints

Use the in-app report controls or email us with the precise page or content location, what happened, why you believe it violates a right or law, and enough information to contact you. For an intellectual-property complaint, identify the work or right, the allegedly infringing material, your relationship to the rights holder and supporting information. Submit accurate reports and avoid unnecessary personal information.

We review reports in context and may request clarification. If your content or account is restricted, you can ask for the reasons and a review through Help or the public email. Urgent safety, fraud or legal issues may require immediate protective action. Nothing here limits a statutory complaint or appeal right.

Security reports

Send a private report to mail@ezeract.com describing the affected feature and safe steps to reproduce. Stop testing if you encounter another person’s data. Do not access, alter, download or disclose it, disrupt the service, or test payments or messages against other users. This contact is not permission to bypass controls or a promise of a bounty.
