Cancellations & refunds
How to manage renewal and request help with a purchase.
Updated October 15, 2026 · Version 2026-10-15 · Pre-launch draft
Draft: the operator’s full legal identity and postal address are not yet confirmed. These documents require review before public launch. Contact: mail@ezeract.com.
Before you purchase
The checkout shows your selected plan, currency, price, billing interval, tax treatment and recurring payment terms before confirmation. Check these details before paying. Stripe processes payments; do not send card details through messages, support or email.
Cancel renewal
Open Billing in your account and use the cancellation controls. Check the confirmation and the displayed end date. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period. Deleting your profile, requesting account deletion or closing a browser tab does not itself cancel a subscription. If the controls are unavailable, contact mail@ezeract.com promptly and identify your account and purchase without including payment credentials.
Withdrawal and refunds
Mandatory rights depend on your location, whether you are purchasing as a consumer, and the service and purchase circumstances. EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, subject to applicable rules and exceptions. These draft terms do not automatically waive that right when you start using Ezeract.
To request withdrawal, a refund, correction of a duplicate charge or help with a service problem, email mail@ezeract.com. Include your account email, purchase date and the request. No special template is required. We will assess the request under applicable law and the terms shown for the purchase; nothing here creates a blanket refusal of refunds or limits statutory remedies.
Account deletion and billing
A privacy request can be submitted regardless of subscription status. It is reviewed separately from renewal and refund requests. See Privacy requests and the subscription terms. The operator must finalize consumer information and purchase confirmations before treating these drafts as launch-ready policies.
