Terms of Service
The terms that apply to your Ezeract account, professional network, and recruiting activity.
Updated October 15, 2026 · Version 2026-10-15 · Pre-launch draft
Ezeract is preparing for launch. The operator’s full legal identity and postal address must be finalized and these draft Terms reviewed before public launch. Public contact: mail@ezeract.com.
1. About the service
Ezeract is a professional networking and recruiting platform. Individuals can create profiles, discover companies, connect with other members, and manage opportunities. Companies can discover talent, publish roles, organize a hiring pipeline, and communicate with connected members.
Ezeract is not an employer, recruitment agency, or party to an employment agreement. Members are responsible for recruitment decisions, employment terms, and compliance with applicable employment and equality laws. We do not guarantee a job, candidate, response, or hiring outcome.
2. Your account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account. Company representatives must have authority to act for their organization. Provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
Protect your password and access to your account. Do not share accounts, impersonate another person, or create accounts to bypass restrictions. Report suspected unauthorized access through the Help center. Your selected account type determines which features are available.
3. Profiles, content, and visibility
You retain ownership of the profiles, documents, job listings, and other content you submit. You grant Ezeract a non-exclusive permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the features you use, subject to your privacy settings and our Privacy Policy.
Only submit content you have the right to use. Keep professional qualifications, company details, and job information accurate. Do not include confidential information belonging to an employer, client, or another person without permission. Public or shared content may be viewed or retained by its recipients.
4. Acceptable use
Use Ezeract respectfully and for legitimate professional purposes. The following activities are prohibited:
- Harassment, threats, discriminatory hiring practices, or abusive communications.
- Fraudulent identities, misleading qualifications, fake jobs, or payment scams.
- Unsolicited mass messaging, unauthorized data collection, or resale of member information.
- Malware, attempts to bypass access controls, or interference with the service.
- Publishing unlawful content or infringing another person’s rights.
Report suspected violations using the reporting controls or Help center. If you discover a security issue, describe it privately without accessing or sharing another member’s information.
5. Connections and communications
Connection requests and recruiting opportunities help members decide who can contact them. Accepting a request allows the relevant communication features; it does not create an obligation to interview, hire, or accept work.
Messages are intended for the conversation’s participants. Members remain responsible for what they send and for protecting information they receive. Removing a connection can prevent further messages while preserving the participants’ existing conversation history. Clearing a notification moves it to your archive.
6. Company verification
A verification status reflects the checks carried out by Ezeract at that time. It is not an endorsement, guarantee of an offer, assessment of financial stability, or assurance that every company statement is accurate.
Exercise your own judgment when evaluating employers and opportunities. Never share passwords, account verification codes, or payment credentials with someone who contacts you about a job.
7. Subscriptions and payments
If you purchase a paid plan, the price, billing period, included features, and applicable taxes will be shown before confirmation. A recurring subscription renews according to the terms presented at checkout unless canceled.
Manage your subscription from Billing. Cancellation prevents future renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period shown in your account. See our Cancellations & refunds page for renewal, withdrawal and refund requests. Contact mail@ezeract.com if Billing is unavailable. Requests are assessed under the purchase terms and applicable law; using Ezeract does not automatically waive a statutory withdrawal right. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
Material pricing or subscription changes will be communicated before they take effect. Payment details are handled by our payment provider; do not send card details in messages or support reports.
8. AI assistance and hiring decisions
AI search, ranking, resume import and support can produce incomplete or incorrect results. Review suggestions before applying them. A match score is advisory and does not decide employment eligibility or hiring. Do not use Ezeract to make unlawful or discriminatory decisions, or rely solely on an automated score for a decision that significantly affects someone.
Keep human review and an appropriate way for candidates to raise concerns. Do not submit credentials, unnecessary sensitive information, or confidential third-party material to AI features. The Privacy Policy describes feature-specific processing.
9. Reports and intellectual property
Use the report controls or Legal & contact to identify suspected unlawful content, intellectual-property infringement, scams, or account restrictions. Include the precise content location, reasons, supporting information and a way to contact you. You can request review of a moderation decision through the same routes.
We assess the report and may request clarification or restrict access where appropriate. A report does not automatically establish wrongdoing. These procedures do not limit any statutory notice, complaint or appeal right.
10. Privacy and personal information
Our Privacy Policy describes the information processed to provide the service and the controls available to you. Use Settings to manage profile visibility, notification preferences, and available data export or deletion tools.
See the Cookie Policy for essential browser storage and current tracking choices, and Cancellations & refunds for purchase requests.
Recruiters must use member information only for legitimate recruitment purposes and comply with applicable data protection requirements. Access to a profile does not authorize unrelated marketing, disclosure, or onward sale of that information.
11. Availability and changes to features
We work to maintain a reliable service, but interruptions can occur during maintenance, network failures, or incidents. Features may be improved, changed, or discontinued. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid access when practicable.
You should keep your own copies of important documents and hiring records. These Terms do not exclude any legally required standard of service or remedy.
12. Restrictions and account closure
We may restrict content or account access when reasonably necessary to address a violation, protect members, or meet a legal obligation. Where appropriate, we will explain the decision and provide a way to ask for review. Urgent security or legal circumstances may require immediate action.
You can stop using Ezeract and request account deletion through Settings. Subscription cancellation and data deletion are separate actions unless the account deletion flow confirms otherwise. Information may be retained where needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or the rights of other members, as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Responsibility and your legal rights
Members are responsible for their content and conduct. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ezeract does not warrant member-provided information or third-party services and is not responsible for employment arrangements between members.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits rights where doing so would be unlawful. This includes mandatory consumer protections and any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Your available rights and remedies depend on the law that applies to your circumstances.
14. Updates, questions, and complaints
The version and update date appear at the top of this page. New registrations affirmatively accept the current version. Earlier acceptance records are preserved; a policy update does not fabricate a new acceptance. We will communicate material changes and obtain further agreement where required. If a change affects your rights or paid service, you may contact us for clarification or stop using the service, subject to applicable cancellation rights.
